How does the "Add to Query" process differ from a standard checkout?
To ensure price accuracy and product availability in the volatile grocery market, we utilize a query system. You submit a list of desired items; our team then verifies real-time stock and provides a finalized quote for your approval before the order is dispatched.
Can I modify a query after it has been submitted?
You may request modifications or additions as long as the query status is "Pending Verification." Once our shoppers have begun the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that additional items can be added to the current delivery window.
How are "Staple" items (e.g., flour, rice, sugar) handled for bulk requests?
For bulk or heavy-weight staples, we verify weight-based pricing and shipping surcharges (if applicable) during the quoting phase to ensure there are no hidden costs upon delivery.
Why do you offer Cash on Delivery instead of online payment?
We prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. By utilizing a "Pay-on-Delivery" model, you only pay for the items you physically inspect and accept, eliminating the hassle of digital refunds for out-of-stock products.
What forms of payment are accepted at the time of delivery?
We currently accept physical US Currency (Cash), as well as major credit/debit cards via our secure mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) terminals. Please ensure you have the exact change if paying in cash, as our drivers carry limited funds for security purposes.
Are there any service fees associated with the COD model?
A nominal "Processing & Fulfillment" fee is applied to each query to cover the cost of personal shopping and secure payment handling. This fee is clearly itemized in your final quote.
What is your policy on perishable goods and freshness?
Our shoppers are trained to select the highest-grade produce and staples with the furthest possible expiration dates. If a perishable item does not meet your standards upon arrival, you may reject it immediately, and the cost will be deducted from your total.
How do I handle returns for non-perishable staples?
Since payment occurs at the point of delivery, we encourage customers to inspect all items before finalizing the transaction. Once the delivery associate has left the premises, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis through our Support Team.
What happens if I am not available when the delivery arrives?
Because this model requires a physical transaction (COD), someone 18 years or older must be present. If a delivery is missed, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule; however, a re-delivery fee may apply.
